Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as trusted legal advisor and business partner to senior management on insurance, corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts and legal documentation aligned with laws, regulatory requirements, and Allianz Group standards.
  • •Provide guidance on Singapore insurance regulations, MAS requirements, corporate governance obligations, and data privacy requirements.
  • •Lead and manage disputes, litigation, regulatory inquiries, and oversee external counsel where required.
  • •Support legal and regulatory framework development and deliver legal guidance, training, and awareness to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in insurance or other regulated industries.
  • •Strong knowledge of Singapore legal and regulatory frameworks, including insurance regulations, MAS requirements, corporate law, and data protection regulations.
  • •Experience advising on corporate, commercial, contractual, regulatory, and operational matters.
