Production Operator- Off Shift

Operate and maintain high-speed coating machinery to ensure safe, efficient production. Set up and run complex equipment, complete changeovers, and troubleshoot mechanical issues to reduce downtime. Follow SOPs and use precision measuring tools to perform quality inspections, while monitoring gauges/meters and adjusting temperatures and pressures to keep flow optimal. Maintain accurate digital logs and collaborate in a “Team Before Self” environment to meet safe production goals.
