Job Function: Content & Editorial (Writing/Editing)

Key Responsibilities

•Work on assigned projects and fully understand the project’s expediting strategy
•Execute expediting frequency based on the Expediting Level assigned to the Purchase Order
•Liaise with suppliers and other functions to facilitate the status of project goods and materials
•Drive accurate and timely project status reporting process and weekly expediting reports
•Drive issue resolution with suppliers and other functional stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management (or a relevant discipline) or HSD/GED/IGCSE with 3 years of relevant experience
•3-6 years of relevant experience
•Demonstrates knowledge of the expediting process as related to procurement
•Experience expediting supplier documentation, piping bulks, electrical bulks, instrumentation bulks, as well as instrumentation such as regulators, gauges, and PSVs
•Ability to effectively communicate with procurement personnel and non-procurement personnel
