Internal Sales (Lyss, BE, CH)

Be a key point of contact for customers and support the technical handling of specialized products. You’ll create offers with technical clarifications, calculations, and terms, and coordinate closely with Engineering, AVOR, and Purchasing. Manage claims including error reporting and credit notes, serve as an interface between customers and internal teams, handle phone customer consulting, and manage incoming mail and general administrative tasks.
