Key Responsibilities

  • •Create offers including technical clarifications, calculations, and terms.
  • •Collaborate closely with Engineering, AVOR, and Purchasing.
  • •Handle claims including error reporting and credit notes.
  • •Act as an interface between customers and internal areas such as AVOR, Logistics, E&S, and VERA.
  • •Provide phone center support and phone-based customer consulting, and process incoming mail and general administrative tasks.
