Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement annual sell-out targets and manage brand/TM activations (launches, visibility, planograms).
•Track ranking and market share targets and report market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights.
•Lead and develop the sell-out team by setting KPIs, building work plans, and providing coaching and performance feedback.
•Build long-term relationships with key accounts and implement joint business planning (JBP); resolve escalations and service concerns.
•Monitor and report commercial KPIs (sales, ranking, market share, stock health), coordinate with supply chain on forecasting/stock availability, and ensure timely execution of launch orders and replenishments.
