Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Continuously improve the yield, wreck rate, dimensional tolerances, and surface quality of hot rolled product.
  • •Supervise and control rolling mill production performance, product quality, and crew performance.
  • •Assist in developing set-up parameters for new products.
  • •Apply industrial/manufacturing principles and standards to guide rolling mill operations.
  • •Improve overall operational efficiency within area of responsibility or department.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum two years supervisory experience in a manufacturing/operational environment (or equivalent demonstrated experience).
  • •Apply management expertise to improve efficiency and accomplish operational objectives within your area of responsibility or department.
  • •Practical understanding of industrial/manufacturing principles, standards, methods, and practices.
  • •Preferably have ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills as a requirement for success.
