Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop intelligent risk detection and mitigation solutions across TikTok product scenarios, targeting abusive and fraudulent activities.
  • •Build and deploy large-scale AI/ML models using computer vision, NLP, sequential learning, graph learning, and multimodal technologies to detect high-risk users, content, and behaviors.
  • •Research and develop next-generation risk intelligence and anti-abuse algorithms to identify emerging threats and evolving adversarial strategies.
  • •Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and operations teams to turn AI technologies into production-ready risk control solutions.
  • •Improve model performance through offline analysis, online experimentation, and large-scale data mining while balancing effectiveness, latency, scalability, and user experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid hands-on understanding of AI/ML domains including Computer Vision (CV), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Sequence Modeling, Graph Learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • •Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, with strong software engineering fundamentals.
  • •Familiar with big data processing frameworks (Hive, Spark, Flink) and experience working with large-scale data pipelines and distributed systems.
  • •Hands-on experience developing, training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning or deep learning models, validating results via offline and online evaluation.
  • •Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to work independently on complex, ambiguous problems in large-scale production environments.
