Job Summary

Join the PMCM team on a major construction project in Riyadh, monitoring and enforcing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements. You’ll conduct site inspections, audits, and safety observations; review contractors’ HSE plans, risk assessments, and permits to work; investigate incidents; and report on HSE performance metrics to support continuous safety improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, Saudi regulations, and international best practices.
•Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
•Review and monitor contractors' HSE plans, risk assessments, method statements, and permits to work.
•Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
•Track and report HSE performance metrics and support emergency preparedness and response activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5–8 years of HSE experience on large construction, infrastructure, or building projects.
•Previous experience working within a PMCM/Consultancy environment.
•Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations, international safety standards, and construction safety practices.
•Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
