Key Responsibilities

  • •Own inbound customer security reviews end to end, including security questionnaires and responses to RFPs/RFIs within required timelines.
  • •Act as the security point of contact during sales, working with Sales to unblock deals and answer security/privacy questions.
  • •Build and maintain reusable answer libraries and templates to speed up each customer review.
  • •Build and improve AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual effort on questionnaires and audits as volume grows.
  • •Identify recurring themes in customer questions and requirements, and collaborate with Information Security, Product, and Legal to eliminate gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience conducting customer-facing information security work, or a background in solutions engineering or sales engineering.
  • •Translate technical security and AI-governance controls into clear, customer-facing responses with strong judgment on when to answer, caveat, or escalate.
  • •Comfort leading calls when prospects’ security teams challenge responses, while keeping deals moving.
  • •Fluency in security and compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2, GDPR, and CCP.
  • •Eagerness to use AI tools to make security reviews faster and more consistent, with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
