Job Summary

Pre-Sales Engineer to advise the Sales team on technical issues, design cloud solutions, and drive business through account penetration strategies. Acts as the technical expert, builds relationships with partners and customers, leads POCs/RFPs, and ensures adoption and value generation of cloud products/services within customer IT environments.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a subject matter expert in technical/solutions design of the company products/services
•Work with the Sales team to develop and implement account penetration strategies and achieve targets
•Create specific accounts for product(s), service(s) and sales plans pertaining to the company products/services
•Collaborate with the Sales team in qualifying opportunities and supporting the technical aspects of the sales lifecycle
•Lead technical sales calls and demonstrations to customers and partners

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science (or related field)
•At least 3 years of relevant Cloud (Azure/AWS) implementation experience
•Must have a cloud certification
•Experience coordinating with Sales on account penetration strategies and technical delivery
•Proficiency with pre-sales activities including solution design, POC/RFP execution, and technical demonstrations
