Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily accounting and management reporting, including accounts payable for overseas vendors and customs per policies and authorization matrix.
  • •Allocate expenses and ensure accuracy of cost center records in SAP, and manage month-end actual reporting per the Reporting Manual.
  • •Ensure tax reporting and statutory compliance, covering TP, WHT, VAT, CIT, and manage timely filing and payment with consultants and tax authorities during audits.
  • •Oversee treasury functions, including collections/disbursements, liquidity planning, and long-term loan registration with SBV.
  • •Perform or lead ad hoc continuous improvement projects for the Finance Department, including SAP system enhancements and Zoho enhancement.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Accounting.
  • •Chief Accountant certificate.
  • •8–10 years in Finance and Accounting, including experience in audit firms and multinational companies.
  • •1+ years of supervisory experience (preferred).
  • •Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SAP.
