Job Summary

Produce detailed structural drawings as part of WSP’s Integrated Complementary Resource Centre (GCC) engineering team. Take a senior role in creating and supporting structural concept/detail drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, while enforcing Revit and CAD standards. Maintain software templates, automate routines to improve productivity, perform quality control against company standards, and help develop BIM documentation and workflow standards, including mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare structural detail and concept design drawings for various building and construction types.
•Own Revit and CAD standards: implementation and enforcement.
•Create and maintain software template files to ensure standards.
•Automate routines to support standards and improve productivity.
•Provide quality control for drawing completeness and adherence to company standards; support BIM documentation and workflow standards, and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

•Qualification in Revit.
•8+ years of experience in technical structural software and structural drawing production.
•Fully conversant with technical structural tools such as Revit Structures, AutoCAD (ACAD), and Navisworks.
•Sound understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.
•Fluent in English with an excellent understanding of technical terminology.
