Job Summary

Provide strategic legal counsel to support commercial deal-making across EMEA, with a focus on contracts and commercial topics. •Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in deploying AI technologies.

Key Requirements

•Master degree in law, and bar admission is a plus.
•3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a technology or AI-focused environment involving contract negotiation.
•Strong knowledge of AI-related legal areas such as data privacy, intellectual property, contract law, liability, and regulatory/compliance.
•Ability to analyze complex legal and technical issues related to AI and identify legal risks and solutions.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
