Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall store operations to ensure compliance with company SOPs, merchandising standards, hygiene, and safety requirements.
  • •Drive store sales performance and achieve revenue targets while maintaining high operational efficiency.
  • •Oversee stock management, including inventory control, replenishment, stock rotation, merchandise availability, and loss prevention.
  • •Ensure accurate cash handling and cash counter operations, maintaining integrity in all financial transactions.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop store teams through scheduling, task allocation, performance management, training, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and 4+ years within the retail industry.
  • •Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control, loss prevention, and merchandise quality management.
  • •Proven leadership and people-management skills, including coaching and team development.
  • •Accountability for performance metrics including sales revenue, customer satisfaction, inventory management, hygiene standards, and team development.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
