Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of SW and Systems engineers to meet technical direction for radar diagnostics and calibration.
  • •Own FDFI and diagnostic maturity updates, including fault detection, isolation, and reporting logic.
  • •Translate system and operational needs into testable software requirements and author SysCRs for new functionality, corrections, and diagnostic behavior.
  • •Analyze hardware-software interactions across LRUs, M3, gateway, and diagnostic infrastructure; identify cross-subsystem impacts and integration risks.
  • •Support build planning, release readiness, troubleshooting during integration/field events, and participate in technical reviews to ensure accurate SW/HW integration.

Key Requirements
