Master Scheduler

Plan and manage weekly production schedules using ERP systems, balancing order demand, production capacity, and high-mix requirements. Coordinate with sales, supply chain, production, and logistics to prioritize daily customer shipments and ensure on-time fulfillment. Track order status, handle shipment and rush requests, reconcile cycle-count discrepancies, and investigate root-cause issues preventing orders from shipping. Serve as a liaison between sales teams and the factory while managing inventory levels and allocations.
