  • •Orchestrate on-site activities across multiple trades, driving logistics, sequencing, and coordination in tight urban/occupied environments.
  • •Build and maintain look-ahead schedules, lead pull-planning and weekly coordination meetings, and direct subcontractors to resolve field conflicts.
  • •Enforce QA/QC plans, manage mockups and testing requirements, track punch lists/nonconformance corrections, and verify installed work against design and tolerances.
  • •Serve as main field interface for owners/designers/subcontractors, coordinate inspections with authorities/third parties, and support RFIs, submittals, field reports, commissioning, and substantial completion.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Engineering/Construction Management with 6 years of commercial construction superintendent experience, or equivalent education/experience (AS/AA with 8 years; HSD/GED with 10 years).
  • •Ensure compliance with OSHA and site rules; maintain a strong safety mindset on active job sites.
  • •Proficiency with CPM look-ahead planning and field platforms (e.g., Procore) and digital drawings.
  • •Ability to interpret plans/specs, enforce QA/QC, and resolve field issues quickly.
  • •Strong communication and team leadership skills; excellent problem-solving in occupied or constrained environments.
