Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the onboarding stage for committed customers, from checkout profile creation through enabling direct transacting with TI, including requests to maintain already direct customers.
  • •Monitor onboarding dashboards and provide guided support to ensure the onboarding journey and seamless direct purchasing experience.
  • •Ensure customers can set up, use, and maintain digital connections via self-service, tutorials, and intuitive business scenarios.
  • •Partner with sales directors and cross-functional teams to support and maintain supply chain programs and customer connections.
  • •Gather customer feedback for platform feature requests and CIP roadmap development, drive operational excellence, and ensure customer master data accuracy through COS support and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or higher).
  • •B2B/system and supply chain knowledge, including familiarity with digital order/commence types such as API, EDI, RPA, and SAP, plus concepts like JIT and consignment.
  • •Strong project management skills to enable on-time delivery.
  • •Logic thinking and data analytics skills using tools such as Spotfire, BO, SQL, and Python.
  • •Fluency in both Japanese and Korean, plus strong English and Japanese proficiency for collaboration and customer communications.
