Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll calculations, eligibility rules, validations, and data extracts.
  • •Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Fast Formula development.
  • •Modify existing formulas and create new ones to support evolving business processes.
  • •Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Fast Formulas.
  • •Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules including Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Compensation.
  • •Proficiency with Fast Formula types such as Calculation, Validation, Extract Rule, and Element Input Validation.
  • •Familiarity with Oracle HCM data model, user-defined tables (UDT), and database structures.
  • •Experience with HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader) is a plus.
