Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver and pick up equipment and supplies to and/or from client locations
  • •Support daily distribution and processing of reports and correspondence as directed by Manager or Warehouse Coordinator
  • •Maintain and update equipment and product tracking logs; enter receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments
  • •Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for assigned inventory, including pulling inventory for order prep and staging on project pallets
  • •Coordinate and manage maintenance of equipment and ensure documentation of inventory

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent
  • •Minimum 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience
  • •Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping tracking and receiving (international shipping preferred)
  • •Must be able to pass and complete internal forklift certification
  • •Valid Driver’s License with a Motor Vehicle Record meeting AVI-SPL Driving Privileges standards
