Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the On Trade Finance team and with the Commercial team.
  • •Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and control.
  • •Identify, prioritise, and deliver automation to simplify ways of working and reduce manual effort.
  • •Support implementation and adoption of new processes, systems, and tools with sustainable change and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Enhance forecasting processes and reporting solutions, strengthen governance across accrual management and price increase administration, and improve data quality and reporting consistency.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering finance transformation, process improvement, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Experience of process mapping, root cause analysis, and redesigning end-to-end processes.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and reporting automation.
  • •Significant experience working with large, multi-source datasets in a highly data-driven finance or analytical role (including AI experience).
