Senior Construction Cost Manager - Benchmarking Lead

Serve as the primary client interface and senior commercial authority for large-scale infrastructure or real estate portfolios. Lead cost planning, estimating, forecasting, and cost control across the full project lifecycle, including change orders, valuations, and final account negotiations. Manage post-contract variances and contingency tracking, deliver executive-level monthly reporting, and oversee internal benchmarking/cost intelligence using digital cost management tools, while coordinating remote delivery teams and mentoring junior staff.
