Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic and operational leadership for Eaton’s global Network & Security organization, overseeing Architecture, Network & Security Operations, and Delivery & Lifecycle Management.
  • •Define and govern enterprise network and network security architectures, standards, and reusable design patterns, and execute technology roadmaps across LAN, data center networking, WAN/SD-WAN, wireless, firewalls, NAC, and segmentation.
  • •Lead unified global network and security operations to improve service availability, SLA performance, incident management, compliance, and MTTR; establish consistent change management, incident response, and support models.
  • •Own the infrastructure delivery portfolio (site refresh/modernization, SD-WAN deployments, facility implementations, M&A integration, technology refresh, and technical debt remediation) and establish project governance and operating readiness.
  • •Manage vendor and managed services performance, contract governance, and technology lifecycle management across Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, Zscaler, and telecommunications providers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of experience leading enterprise network and/or network security organizations in a global, multi-region environment.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Deep expertise in SD-WAN, network segmentation, NAC, firewall strategy, and security infrastructure consolidation.
  • •Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CCIE, CCNP, or Network Security Architecture certifications.
