Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain personal safety and the safety of others, including excellent housekeeping standards.
  • •Set up, indicate, and machine bar stock, forgings, and castings to OEM print dimensions.
  • •Develop/edit CNC programs using G-code and other programming languages, then verify accuracy and troubleshoot programming issues.
  • •Cross-train on multiple machines to prevent production flow lapses (e.g., engine lathes, CNC lathes, VTLs, HBMs, CNC mills).
  • •Interpret GD&T per part drawings and adhere to safety, quality, and environmental rules and regulations.
