Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regional CSA engineering support for construction projects, including design/construction oversight and engineering support from alpha-to-beta technology transfer and sustainability initiatives.
  • •Review and approve site capacity expansion and sustainability capex, and make business-driven decisions on facilities reliability improvement projects.
  • •Oversee structural reliability and improvement efforts, including system reliability improvements, equipment EOL replacements, and major SIPP reviews.
  • •Serve as a single point of contact for regional sites and GFC central teams, providing alignment on metrics reporting and lesson-learned sharing.
  • •Perform technical reviews across the project lifecycle: submittals, design drawings and specifications, RFI/shop drawing/model reviews, cost estimate and schedule development, and field inspections for conformance to Micron standards and codes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field with 8 years’ experience.
  • •8+ years of CSA engineering leadership experience on large EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects.
  • •Professional Engineer licensed (preferred).
  • •Experience with Civil & Structural engineering on large EPC projects, including cleanroom raised floor and ceiling grid systems.
  • •Knowledge of building codes (IBC, Eurocode, NBC), structural analysis, and civil/structural design (steelwork, foundations, underground layouts, and vibration design).
