Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles by washing, cleaning interiors, and performing exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles between departments within Inspection Centers as a lot attendant.
  • •Take photobooth photos of vehicles for customer visibility in Carvana’s spinners.
  • •Inspect interior and exterior vehicle conditions and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Follow production schedules and work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, with possible exposure to excessive weather conditions.
  • •Use safety equipment, including face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments.
  • •Read, write, speak, and understand English.
