Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical implementation and configuration of an AI workflow automation platform for customers and partners.
  • •Design, build, and deliver PoCs and pilot projects demonstrating AI-powered workflow value.
  • •Integrate solutions with third-party systems via APIs, data connectors, and middleware to ensure seamless data flow.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, diagnosing technical challenges quickly.
  • •Collaborate with partners and customer technical teams on onboarding, training, workshops, documentation, and feedback handover to Product/Engineering.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Proven technical background in AI/ML or workflow automation, with experience delivering AI workflow solutions for clients.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with system integrations and APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP, webhooks).
  • •Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or other business systems (highly desirable).
  • •Ability to work directly with partner and customer technical teams to solve problems and support onboarding and training.
  • •Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects while traveling as required.
