Key Responsibilities

•Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and digital-native SME accounts, owning go-to-market strategy and building a pipeline from zero to meet revenue targets.
•Lead complex, high-value sales cycles independently from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
•Architect tailored solutions using ByteDance AI/ML, recommendation engines, video streaming, and cloud infrastructure technologies, translating capabilities into business ROI.
•Develop regional ecommerce, retail, and media market insight to identify opportunities, craft value propositions, and act as a market intelligence hub.
•Build strategic relationships with decision-makers and partner with marketing on brand awareness through conferences, industry events, and executive roundtables.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of B2B technology sales experience with consistent quota overachievement.
•5+ years in direct sales of GenAI solutions, SaaS, or enterprise technology, with success in new logo acquisition.
•Deep understanding of regional AI-native or digital-native industries such as ecommerce, retail, media/entertainment, gaming, and streaming.
•Proven ability to independently close complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
