Assistant Category Manager

Own and drive category management for tMart’s grocery business, covering assortments, pricing, offers, and supply. Monitor department performance across sales, gross margin, profit & loss, and ensure alignment with the commercial strategy. Develop category plans and pricing strategy, manage promos and promotional calendars, and resolve issues with local suppliers through market visits and quality checks.
