Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support complex commercial real estate transactions in Century City/Los Angeles. You will manage transactions from inception to closing, draft closing documents, oversee entity formation, and coordinate title, survey, and due diligence while communicating with clients and vendors in a fast-paced AmLaw 100 real estate practice.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft real estate forms, letters, closing documents under supervision of lawyers.
•Proficiency in entity formation, Secretary of State filings, resolutions, certificates, and authority documents.
•Review and analyze title, survey, zoning reports, and other due diligence.
•Ability to manage portfolios of assets, multiple transactions from inception to closing.
•Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication with clients, outside vendors, and other parties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

•10+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.

•Strong project management skills, including checklists, organizational charts.
