  • •Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Finance Data to operationalize new intercompany agreements, entity launches, and transfer pricing methodologies into scalable processes.
  • •Drive the design, implementation, and documentation of SOX-compliant internal controls across GL operations and intercompany processes.
  • •Execute strategic GL projects including M&A integration, new entity set-ups, and ERP enhancements in NetSuite.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA with 9+ years of experience in accounting or finance, including 2+ years managing direct reports, with public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with applied knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX 404 implementation/documentation.
  • •Managed end-to-end month-end close processes across multiple entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated reporting.
  • •Led multi-entity intercompany accounting processes such as eliminations, FX revaluation, or global consolidations.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytics tools (Snowflake, Looker or similar) and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), ideally in fintech/crypto environments.
