Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the performance assessment function to improve site performance.
  • •Review functional and cross-functional performance based on priority, including meetings, observations, and interviews to gain performance perspective.
  • •Assess site performance against industry excellence and tier documents for training, risk management, and OE excellence.
  • •Meet regularly with senior and site organizational effectiveness leaders, debriefing directors in real time on shortfalls and gaps.
  • •Generate executive reports/presentations and escalate unresolved issues through the elevation/escalation process; interface externally with INPO and NRC.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred (or 6 years of service in nuclear power across various disciplines).
  • •Minimum of two years of professional related experience at first-level management.
  • •Broad, varied background in nuclear power with experience across three or more departments.
  • •Candidate should be Ready Now or Ready in 1–2 years for a Senior Manager position.
  • •Senior Reactor Operator License or Management Certification (SRO) is desired.
