Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, draft, and negotiate agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal/ethical standards.
  • •Respond to vendors’ documents and contractual requests within established guidelines.
  • •Take Contracts Lead role for less complex international and multi-BU project contracts and frame agreements; lead more complex projects as experience develops.
  • •Provide advice during the approval process to help business owners make informed decisions and secure approvals.
  • •Use contract lifecycle management tools (Oracle CLM, DocuSign CLM, etc.) and support contract lifecycle management, templates, and legal research.

Key Requirements

  • •4 years of work experience in a contracts-related role.
  • •Law degree preferred.
  • •Licensed to practice law.
  • •Completion of IACCM Advanced Contract and Commercial Management (CCM) Practitioner is preferred.
  • •Intermediate MS Office skills and excellent oral and written English; Portuguese is an advantage.
