Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-own discovery calls with the AE to surface integration requirements early and lead technically complex demos.
  • •Scope integration complexity for late-stage deals and produce the written Technical Scope document used for onboarding.
  • •Provide live walkthroughs of the Technical Scope and work with the Forward Deployed Engineer and Account Manager through go-live (about 4–8 weeks).
  • •Run post-launch technical health checks, partnering with the post-sales team to maintain QA for data sync accuracy and integration monitoring.
  • •Monitor integration metrics with Operations, flag and communicate technical risk, and feed learnings back to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead discovery for integrations with customers, surfacing integration requirements early to reduce deal risk.
  • •Have hands-on ability to scope technical onboarding paths for complex accounts and advise on feasibility, risk, and pricing implications.
  • •Create and deliver written technical scope documentation that onboarding will run from, with live walkthroughs to prevent gaps.
  • •Know enough SQL to pull your own data on deal complexity, onboarding performance, and integration health.
  • •Stay current on product updates and maintain an up-to-date integration discovery question set for the sales team.
