Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and grow a catalog of BIM and CAD models spanning buildings, furniture, and interior layouts
•Keep system models in sync with physical reality as buildings are onboarded, renovated, and reconfigured — coordinating with architects, property managers and onboarding teams to capture changes on the ground
•Curate models for ML pipelines, keeping data clean, structured, and correctly attributed
•Design and build the agentic systems, agent skills, and software workflows that allow modeling work to run with light supervision
•Develop standards and observability tools so model quality can be verified programatically by agents

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 150,000 annually

•2–5 years in a professional architecture or product design environment
