Job Summary

Lead end-to-end integrated procurement, sourcing, and third-party risk management processes and systems as part of a cross-functional enterprise team. Partner with business lines, third parties, Third-Party Risk & Controls, IT Business Operations, and Legal to define lifecycle requirements, maintain and enhance procedures and controls, and deliver third-party reporting. Own category management and sourcing strategies grounded in spend analysis, supplier evaluations, and ongoing performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business lines, third parties, Third-Party Risk & Controls, IT Business Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders to define integrated third-party lifecycle requirements, processes, controls, and system design.
•Design, develop, deploy, and manage integrated procurement, sourcing, and third-party risk management processes and systems across an enterprise team.
•Maintain or improve established third-party risk processes and controls through program enhancements, including third-party reporting.
•Establish and implement category management and sourcing strategies tied to third-party risk concentration and rationalization requirements, using spend, market, category, and risk analysis.
•Conduct supplier evaluations and support management of commercial, contract, and operational performance while monitoring market trends and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of related work experience (or equivalent education and experience), including end-to-end implementation/management of integrated procurement, sourcing, and risk processes.

•5+ years of experience in category management or strategic sourcing.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
•Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, plus advanced proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
