Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily Order-to-Cash activities across India and US entities, including customer billing, collections, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
  • •Review signed contracts and create accurate invoice schedules; raise invoices for India/US customers with PO-, milestone-, and multi-currency billing.
  • •Record customer receipts daily, apply them to correct invoices, manage collection cadence, and escalate overdue accounts.
  • •Reconcile monthly bank and Stripe activity, fees, and payment-date differences; reconcile deal/billing data across Tabs, HubSpot, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks.
  • •Maintain accurate billing, AR, deferred/unbilled revenue ledgers for month-end close and audit support; provide collections/DSO/AR ageing/bad-debt reports and commission data to RevOps.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in Order-to-Cash, accounts receivable, or finance operations, preferably in B2B SaaS/technology.
  • •Hands-on invoicing, collections, AR ageing, and DSO management with ownership of the metric and follow-ups.
  • •Strong manual and AI-driven reconciliation skills across banks, payment gateways, billing systems, CRM data, and AR ledgers.
  • •Working knowledge of deferred revenue, unbilled revenue, and how billing data links to ARR reporting.
  • •Experience with an accounting system and a billing/subscription platform; QuickBooks and Zoho Books preferred.
