Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Merchandising Director with customer-facing pre-season sales and stock strategies and distribute budgets to commercial product teams.
  • •Own strategic planning and trading of category performance, overseeing intake and OTB allocation to meet stock requirements.
  • •Drive in-season trading by reallocating budgets based on customer demand, optimising stock health and Prime Stock Mix.
  • •Manage the merchandise planning team and translate GMP and company strategy into clear team objectives.
  • •Analyze complex situations using category budgets, KPIs, width/depth guidance, and price status to guide direction and recommendations.
