Key Responsibilities

•Own compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI and e-commerce platforms, including contracts and assessments under data protection law (GDPR)
•Prepare and maintain required compliance documentation (data protection, AI governance, consumer rights, AI systems inventory, risk assessments)
•Review products and features for consumer rights and data protection compliance
•Manage day-to-day compliance tasks (IP issues, NDAs/licenses, updates to terms of service, privacy notices, and content policies)
•Track and analyze relevant legal developments and regulatory guidance as it applies to EverAI
