Job Summary

Lead North America Solution Architecture and Global Education & Enablement teams for Philips Enterprise Imaging. Drive solution architecture standards and customer enablement strategies that improve adoption and implementation success. •Lead and develop Solution Architecture and Global Education & Enablement teams supporting Sales, Professional Services, and Enterprise Imaging customers across North America and globally.
•Set solution architecture standards and design customer enablement strategies, including technical and clinical training programs to improve adoption and implementation success.
•Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions and learning experiences.
•Modernize education using AI-enabled learning, certification programs, and knowledge management strategies to build organizational capability.
•Support strategic customer engagements by establishing KPIs, continuous improvement initiatives, and best practices that enhance customer outcomes and business growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,000 - 208,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in Enterprise Healthcare IT, Enterprise Imaging, Radiology Informatics, or PACS, plus 5+ years leading Solution Architecture, Customer Enablement, Professional Services, or Technical Education teams.
•Strong knowledge of Enterprise Imaging and PACS, including DICOM and HL7, as well as healthcare workflows and enterprise software solution consulting for customer-facing engagements.
•Experience with cloud technologies and AI-powered learning/certification or knowledge management is preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or 14 years relevant work experience).
•Bonus: ITIL, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Agile or similar industry certifications.
