Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Services Design and Validation team to design, enable, govern, and continuously improve post-sales services.
  • •Translate business and product strategy into scalable service capabilities and executable operating models for consistent global delivery.
  • •Establish and continuously improve service operating models, governance frameworks, business processes, ownership structures, workflows, escalation paths, and lifecycle controls.
  • •Drive service enablement and readiness for new products, technologies, and service offerings, ensuring people, processes, systems, tools, infrastructure, and training requirements are completed.
  • •Manage complex Services Engineering initiatives and lead cross-functional alignment across Product Development, Product Management, Technical Support, Education Services, Field Services, Operations, Supply Chain, and Pricing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • •10+ years of experience across engineering, services, operations, technical support, product management, program management, or related disciplines.
  • •5+ years of people leadership experience leading technical and/or cross-functional teams.
  • •Ability to translate business/product/service strategy into scalable operational execution, including across the product lifecycle phases.
  • •Experience designing and governing business processes, operating models, readiness frameworks, lifecycle models, or organizational capabilities.
