HR Director

Lead and deliver the people agenda across multiple businesses and functions across the CEE region, translating EMEA and global priorities into clear HR plans. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee lifecycle topics including employee relations, compensation & benefits, talent, succession, performance, engagement, culture, and change. Manage HR teams in Amsterdam and Germany and oversee complex employment relations with employment law support.
