Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and improve process condition and technology, including setting process parameters for semiconductor equipment.
  • •Upgrade process capability and drive production cost reduction.
  • •Perform evaluation, promotion, and planning of new equipment and materials.
  • •Analyze abnormalities and lead improvement efforts to resolve manufacturing line problems.
  • •Coordinate and carry out process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization; manage and audit material suppliers to meet quality, cost, and risk objectives.
