Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the CPO to create an EOR growth and portfolio thesis across core EOR, enterprise capabilities, AI, integrations, partnerships, and distribution models.
  • •Define and drive product outcomes across revenue growth, customer expansion, retention, adoption, activation, time-to-value, and gross margin.
  • •Establish executive alignment across Partnerships, Revenue, Global Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering to harmonize go-to-market and customer experience.
  • •Scale and empower a multi-tier product organization by managing Sr. Directors and Directors and improving cross-functional velocity.
  • •Act as a senior product executive with enterprise customers, prospects, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders to shape strategy and unlock growth opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, FinTech, Global Mobility, or Global Payroll, with multiple years at VP level leading multi-pillar product organizations.
  • •Proven product-led growth experience delivering revenue, expansion, and retention, including scaling high-growth products to the next stage.
  • •Demonstrated success managing and scaling Sr. Directors and Directors across distinct functional product domains.
  • •Ability to translate customer, buyer, and competitive insights into strategies that increase market share, adoption, expansion, and retention.
  • •Strategic vision for leveraging AI, agentic systems, and automation to drive transformation and margin expansion in complex, regulated multi-jurisdictional SaaS platforms.
