Job Summary

Lead quality for the 405 Express Lane tolling program by managing the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and ensuring consistent quality during operations and maintenance. Oversee audits, deliverable reviews, KPI reporting, and quality records, and supervise the quality team. Provide reviews and comments prior to Authority submittals, train personnel on QMP implementation, and contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis and customer satisfaction feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and maintain quality processes and approaches outlined in the QMP
•Monitor and track quality actions toward continuous improvement and review deliverables prior to Authority submittal
•Develop, update, and maintain the QMP, perform project audits, and ensure quality records are properly tracked and stored
•Supervise and staff the quality team, evaluate performance, and train personnel on QMP implementation
•Review operational/KPI reports and customer satisfaction surveys, participate in change control, and analyze project data for lessons learned

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years as a Quality Assurance Manager on projects of a similar scope to the 405EL Project
•Three (3) years of experience in toll back-office systems (BOS) and customer service center (CSC) operations
•Two (2) years of experience in Quality Assurance
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to develop, create, and use spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) and word processing (Microsoft Word) software daily and pass background and drug screenings
