•Prepare and coordinate the creation, redlining, and execution of sophisticated agreements, focusing on negotiating terms that improve value and reduce contractual exposure.
•Lead communication with internal and external partners to collaborate on contract and document drafting, redlining, and execution.
•Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies in the contract group.
•Assist the business in finding adequate contract solutions for customers.
•Craft and update contract templates and recommend improvements to commercial contract policies and guidelines; collaborate on special projects or new business development opportunities.
