Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end financial performance management for Gosling-Castle Partners, including monthly P&L ownership and performance analysis.
  • •Prepare quarterly board review materials and support the board and Gosling family with ad hoc financial requests.
  • •Oversee export, direct-to-retailer, and intercompany financial flows to ensure profitability and alignment with global growth strategy.
  • •Drive annual strategic planning, budgeting, and reforecasting for the entity and Gosling’s Rum brand.
  • •Serve as a strategic finance partner across Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial, and Innovation, including support for M&A integration and new business capability development.

Salary: USD 139,000 - 173,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of financial management experience.
  • •Own monthly financial performance reporting, including profit and loss management and performance analysis.
  • •Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes.
  • •Provide decision support to senior leadership with financial insights and presentations, working cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Commercial, Operations, or Supply Chain.
