Senior Finance Manager, Gosling-Castle Partners

Drive financial reporting integrity, performance management, and strategic decision support for the Gosling-Castle Partners entity. Own monthly P&L performance, lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles, and support board-level reviews and ad hoc analysis. Oversee intercompany and multi-flow financial activities, partner with marketing and commercial leaders on resource allocation, and help integrate the entity into Pernod Ricard through alignment of systems and reporting standards.
