Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and apply tender/contractual conditions, scope, and estimation basis to planning activities.
  • •Create project execution plans, WBS, activity sequences, and planning logics/constraints.
  • •Prepare and periodically update project planning packages, progress reports, monitoring packages, and production control tools with executing parties.
  • •Measure and monitor actual progress versus planned; process and analyze planning/control data to flag concerns.
  • •Conduct regular site visits for progress follow-up and resume senior planning duties during absence.
