Job Summary

Lead DC operations for shipping and receiving by supporting operations leadership with labor allocation, shift performance monitoring, and process improvement. You’ll collaborate with the operations supervisor to lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates, manage work flows and dwells, and use warehouse tools and systems (WMS, LM module) to update transactions and log activities. Coach, mentor, and model SOP compliance while helping maintain a safe, organized environment and participating in Lean Six Sigma.

•Train, coach, and mentor associates to achieve operational goals, service levels, and future career readiness.
•Ensure SOP compliance and help maintain a safe, orderly working environment; identify and follow up on safety concerns and property damage.

Key Requirements
