Key Responsibilities

  • •Assign and monitor distribution activities including staging, wave times, and pick assignments for teammates.
  • •Balance drop-dead times versus product availability and ensure proper order allocation by shipment ID or shipment line.
  • •Prepare trailer loading reports for outbound loads and organize/prioritize paperwork for loaders.
  • •Prioritize inbound loads and notify receivers as needed.
  • •Receive completed paperwork, check for shorts and discrepancies, determine door or yard placement for trailers, and escalate system problems.

  • •High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of warehouse or distribution-related experience.
  • •Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment where customer orders are processed, preferred.
